• Assumption of responsibility for quality components (seats and seating systems) and participation in the project landscape of the entire vehicle
• Control and adherence to project goals as maturity levels
• Time and materials
• Coordination and control of service providers and suppliers

• Knowledge of the development of seating systems
• Competence in the assessment and development of concepts (eg for assembly, material etc.)
• Knowledge in the production and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge in the design with Catia V5 / NX Siemens
• Experiences as a component responsible
• Polish and / or English language skills desirable
