Component responsible for drive / component

• Independent project management: coordination of design and development from concept to series production, including documentation.
• Component Definition
• Coordination of all internal interfaces (purchasing, production planning) and the customer
• Lastenhefterstellung ( Komponente/ Modul und System)
• Performance specifications (component / module and system)
• Control of system development Suppliers
• Function-, cost, weight, schedule and quality responsibility of the components
• Integration of the components / modules in the overall system, representation in Simultaneous Engineering Team

• college degree. Specialization: Mechanical / electrical / engine / gearbox / Automotive Engineering or equivalent or acquired through professional experience
• relevant experience as a component responsible or Simultaneous Engineering Team Leader
• Knowledge of Kundensysteme- / processes desired by renowned OEMs
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as high level of initiative
• Very good knowledge of German, Polish and / or English language skills desirable
