• Development- and construction responsibilities for the vehicle interior lining from concept to series production
• Elaboration of experimental results and derivation of structural measures
• Control and coordination of the system supplier, and internal and external partners
• Responsibility of all released recommendations for the X, P, B, K, and BMG releases
• Responsibility of the quality, cost, schedule m and weight goals
• Representation of the Department in all relevant work teams

• degree in engineering, training to become a certified technician, or a car mechanic
• many years of professional experience

• Sound knowledge of MS Office as well as very good knowledge in Catia V5
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as high level of initiative, assertiveness, flexbility and conflict resolution skills
• Very good knowledge of German, Polish and / or English language skills desirable
